Turnkey VoIP has a redundant array of servers in the HiVelocity Data Center located in Tampa, Florida.

What platforms does Turnkey VoIP use to provide services?

There are three components to our services. We use Bicom Systems Serverware and PBXware to provide call processing and call record backups. All of our telephone numbers, (DID's) are on Bandwidth.com. Bandwidth is one of the largest VoIP Line Carriers in the world. Our eFax services are provided by Documo. Documo is a leader in document services. We encourage you to go to these companies websites to get a better understanding of the quality of these services.

How long does it take to port a number?

Porting numbers is much easier and faster than it used to be. Most numbers can be ported within a day or two. We have the ability to trigger the port ourselves once the LNP Order is Accepted. The old days of waiting until 5pm on Friday and saying a prayer are over.
